1. Take the Wax Myrtle Trail to walk along the estuary to the beach.
2. Visit the Humane Society Thrift Store (1193 Bay Street - on the west side of the bridge) for a real bargain.
3. Take a coffee break and check your mail at Siuslaw River Roasters (1240 Bay Street on the east side of the bridge).

7. Walk up to Heceta Lighthouse and later have a campfire in the day use area at Devil's Elbow and watch the sun go down- bring dinner, marshmellows and warm clothes.
8. Visit Sweet Creek Falls and take a hike along the lively creek.
9. Get a good night sleep at Christensen Guest Cabins.
10. Rent kayaks the next day and go up the Siltcoos Outlet kayak trail.
